You will notice when you login that we have divided the Job Search Process in to three primary areas:
Prepare * Search & Connect * Interview
You now have a a step-by-step process that you can follow throughout your search. When you click on each of these areas located at the top of your Home Page, it will walk you through a sixteen step process to find your next job.

Later in 2011, we will add the fourth primary area of the Job Search Process - Management of your career once you find a job. We want the resources within our Career Portal to assist you throughout your entire career.
