It’s Time to Get Aggressive in Your Search Efforts

Company Executives are given a hiring budget each year in order to attract top talent. Many companies have not spent their budget. Sometimes if they don’t spend their budget, it may be decreased the following year.

You may be wondering how this affects you? What this means is that companies will be motivated to hire before the end of the year. Too many job seekers decide to "wait until after the first of the year" to put velocity behind their search efforts. As a result, you have less competition right now.

Send out resumes, follow up on all interviews, get your resume in the hands of hiring authorities and work the social networks. Your efforts WILL pay off!
